Hoa Dues

Kennedy Park's HOA dues are used for the following. Maintaining common areas, HOA insurance, legal costs, purchasing office supplies and various Board approved projects, as well as neighborhood BBQs and contests. 

$180 per year.

Invoices are sent out October 1st, and are due March 31st, the following year. For example, dues for the Oct. 2024 through Sept. 2025 fiscal year,  invoices would be sent out on Oct 1, 2024, and due by March 31, 2025.  Any dues not paid by due date, will incur a 1.5% late fee, and $25 administration fee each month until dues are paid in full.

Please make checks payable to KENNEDY PARK HOA.
